Questions & Answers 

Q: I have an order coming up, can I postpone my order until further notice?

A: Yes, we understand that events should be postponed which is why we are letting our clients change the date of their events, or leaving the date pending. If you would like to change your order for the month of  may please contact  to receive more information. (213)622-5655

Q: I don't have a new date for my event can I leave my date pending? how far in advance do I need to give you the new date? 

A: Yes you can leave the date pending, we understand that you have spent a lot of time and effort working with us to create a unique floral arrangement for your event and you don't want to cancel your order but you still don't have a date. This is why you can leave your date "pending" we just ask that you give us a 3-week notice. If you would like to change your order for the month of  may please contact  to receive more information. Q: Are your store hours changing? 

A: Here are our current store hours: Mon-Sat: 6:00am-6:00pm Sun: 6:00am-6:00pm

          

Q: Are you still doing deliveries? 

A: Yes, we are still doing deliveries. If you would like to send flowers to a hospital please have someone ready to receive flowers in the lobby.

Q: Are you still doing orders for funerals?

A: Yes, are still taking orders for upcoming funerals and we are still delivering to mortuaries, churches, funeral homes, and cemeteries
